Digital Images
I use professional Nikon camera equipment to create images that are packed full of detail and punch. I strive to adhere to the most stringent of photographic processes to produce the sharpest, crispest of images maintaining the utmost integrity to the image throughout the post processing operation through to the final print. I use one of the finest print laboratories in the country to produce the best quality prints and canvases.
Prints
All of my standard prints are printed using the latest Giclée Fine Art Printing service technology - a digital print process that uses inkjet technology, producing high quality fine art archival prints. All prints are made on specially chosen Hahnemühle fine art pearl papers, which allow me to retain the tonality and hue of the original image. To ease the ordering process I have limited the sizes I offer in the shopping cart system. I understand however, that not all wall spaces will conform to these sizes, so I can produce for you just about any size at all. If you require a print size that is not listed, then please just email me your dimensions.
Canvases / Fine Art Wraps
These are crafted using the latest 12 ink technology printers and produced onto a white cotton canvas providing a full image wraparound. The canvas is mounted onto a board, wrapped around a wooden framework to eliminate bowing and the corners are then folded ensuring the framework cannot be seen from the sides. Each wrap comes with a wall fixing attached, so is delivered ready to hang.
Ordering Process
I've tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. Simply browse through galleries, pick the image or images that you would like and add them to your cart by clicking the big blue "Buy print or commercial license" button. Then all you have to do is choose your size and finish. As soon as I receive your completed payment and delivery details, I'll set to work on your prints. Prices are as follows:
Guarantee / Cancellations If you place an order and then decide that you would like to cancel it, please inform me the same day. If you cancel the order before it has been printed, you will receive a 100% refund. If however you cancel your order after the product has been printed and dispatched, you must send the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging at your own expense. I will then refund your total order minus the original shipping cost once I receive the item(s) back.
Delivery Information
Giclee prints generally take around 3-4 business days to ship, and wraps around 6-7. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail special delivery, so please supply a delivery address where someone will be able to receive the goods during working hours. The cost of delivery is dependant on the size of the item(s) that you order and will be calculated at the checkout stage.
Returns
Any items that arrive damaged may be returned for a 100% refund or replacement. In the unlikely event that this should occur, please contact me immediately with the status of your goods. I will also need to see a photo of the damaged item and packaging. I will process the refund or replacement as soon as I receive the returned items. If the damage was the shipper's fault, then I will reimburse you for the shipping cost too, so please retain the receipt and send me a copy for a full refund of the order plus any shipping costs that you may incur. If you notice the item to be damaged on arrival, please refuse to accept delivery.
Framing
I find framing to be as much down to taste as the selection of the print in the first instance, so I don't offer this service as a selectable product. I do however regularly work very closely with a very trustworthy local framing company with whom I can put you in touch or arrange for your print ot be framed for you. Please contact me for further details.
